Authorized Service Representative “ASR” – Why? • We need a network that will support our customers and will support our products after the sale • We need to have technical support at any given moment throughout the entire U.S. • The ASR network is our execution team
ASR – How will we do it? • We will recruit top service companies for our mission. Initially driven by customers enrolled in the pre-market program • We will work closely with current industry companies and execution to establish this network • We will scale up to assure sufficient coverage as we grow • These ASR’s will be trained by the GasNgo U.S. team and will serve the oil companies and gas stations with their needs
ASR – Managing the process • To start - we will have a team of four technicians in the U.S. that will do ASR “on the job training” making sure they can support our needs • As we expand sales our team will launch train the trainer programs throughout the country • Only ASR’s that have been through training and are certified will be authorized to install GasNgo products
ASR Companies • The ASR companies will be asked to sign a service agreement • Warranty and registration procedures are in place to assure all GasNgo product are installed and in perfect working order • Each station will go through an ASR start-up to assure perfect installation
