  3. Issues Under Review I087 – PUCT Substantive Rule §25.493 (e) states that ERCOT “shall develop procedures to facilitate the expeditious transfer of large numbers of customers from one REP to another.” Next Step: TX SET working to draft RMGRR language for short-term and long-term solutions 3

  4. Issues Under Review I088 – What is the intent and expected outcome by CRs for Purpose Code: RD001 – Special Out of Cycle Read? Sent on a 650_01 to the TDSP Next Step: CRs have been asked to verify what is expected when using this code TDSPs have been asked to verify how they are currently completing these requests 4

  5. Issues Under Review I089 – Ability for ERCOT to display AMS meter indicator on TML Next Step: TX SET to submit PRR I090 – Need additional information to resolve errors on the CBCI file Next Step: ERCOT and CRs to provide feedback on magnitude of change to their systems 5

Issues Under Review I091 – CNP received 814_08 A95 cancels on several 814_26 (historical usage) transactions from ERCOT in error Next Step: ERCOT researching why these cancels went out I092 – TX SET Transaction Guide should specify reject reason “RNE” (Request Not Eligible) is for ERCOT use only Next Step: Change Control will be submitted 6

Issues Under Review I093 – Review the language for the CBCI and determine if CSAs should be included in the monthly CBCI file submission Next Step: RMGRR is necessary to update language to specify CRs should only be providing information for ESI IDs for which they are currently the REP of Record and ERCOT should only count those ESI IDs for their report to the PUCT. 7

PRR Activity • PRR782 – Revisions to Ch. 15 to correct oversights in transaction processing and timings to synch up to actual processing agreed to for TX SET Version 3.0; • 814_03, 814_05, 814_17, 814_21, 814_25 • Add explanation of the 48-hour retry queue for Date Change and Cancel transactions • Normal Timeline – • Next Step: BOD Consideration
