Issues Under Review • I075 – CSA-By Pass flag is being used by CRs when they do not have a CSA established • Language in the 814_24 Move-out guide states: “The owner of CSA could use the code to de-energize a premise (Only if the CSA REP is also the REP of Record at the time of the Move-Out effective date).”
Mass Transition Lessons Learned • TX SET Reviewed the documents from the Lessons Learned session held on June 14 and drafted redline changes to the Mass Transition section of the Retail Market Guide which are available on TX SET web page • Key Issues Addressed: • A REP cannot reuse their DUNS number after a drop to POLR • POLRs are not obligated to serve prior to the Transition Date • Add ability for ERCOT to accelerate the MT by one day • ERCOT to provide lists of Pending/In Review Switches to gaining REPs so that they may expedite the Switches • PUCT to provide Lite-up TX Discount eligibility lists to all REPs
Distributed Renewable Generation Draft RMGRR • TX SET waiting for TAC approval of the DGTF recommendation for handling IDR and Advanced Meter data for DRG <50 KW before finalizing and submitting the RMGRR • Draft RMGRR is posted to the TX SET web page • DGTF met on June 24th and 26th and will likely present a recommendation to TAC on Aug. 7th
Other Work in Progress • Implementation Guide Examples • Update Transaction Examples and Prepare to Pull Examples Out of I.G.s at Next Release • Review of Nodalized Protocol Sections 19 (completed) and 15 (pending) • Review/Clean-up of RMG Section 7 to ensure consistency with TX SET v3.0 • Monitoring Advanced Metering Project for TX SET Changes
