Introduction • CRS is an experienced industry leader in voucher fair methodology • Voucher fairs are preferable to direct distribution, but time consuming • Preparation, implementation, and analysis time could be reduced with ICT4D • Use of technology can be scaled up
Project Background Projet de Réponse à la CriseAlimentaire (PRCA) Total 23 seed fairs (10,000 beneficiaries) from February to July 2011 The last 5 will use ICT4D solution (2,500 beneficiaries)
