Every dish on the menu needs a recipe: • Preparation = Planning • Instructions = Demo • Ingredients = Activities • Finished dish = Understanding *Stay flexible- Substitutions may be necessary!
Things to think about… • What do you want them to know or do, and what do they already know? • How do you make the topic or task memorable? • How much time do you have? • How can you incorporate a variety of tasks? • What materials are available? • How do you meet the needs of all students?
