Summer Research Training Program • an opportunity to participate • in virtually all aspects of a research project with the guidance of a faculty research mentor. • This includes: • reviewing literature • helping design a project, if not already done; • doing the project; • analyzing the results; and • presenting your findings at Student Research Forum

  2. Broad Research Scholarship Areas • Basic and Translational Science Research • Clinical Science Research • 10 Scholarships of $2,000 to $2,500 • Competitive application process

  3. Additional Sources of Support • Individual Faculty • Training Grants • Frontiers; Heartland Clinical and Translational Research • Pharmacology and Toxicology Training Grant • Neurological and Rehabilitation Training Grant

  4. FrontiersHeartland Clinical and Translational Research • Mentor supported Research Experience • $1,000 tuition assistance • Prep for more advanced research opportunity
