  2. “ GlendalynFodra is currently working as the Staff Physical Therapist. She made her train from the Lyceum Northwestern Dagupan City, Philippines and in 1992; she earned a BS in Physical Therapy.

  3. “ From October 2015 to January 2016, Glendalyn Estrada served as the Lead Physical Therapist at National Health Care, Dickson, TN. There she performed an assessment, re-assessment, and release, and gave gifted skilled therapy services. She administered PTAs and fused plan meetings with the multidisciplinary group.
