  2. Glen Wakeman understands the power of social media in business, probably more than most business owners and executives. Wakeman has over twenty years of management experience and has founded two companies that help entrepreneurs and business owners build their companies and brands.

  3. Wakeman also writes down some of his ideas and wisdom in his own blog page, which is aimed at helping businesses expand and build their brands. Glen Wakeman writes in one of his blog posts, “Many people see social media as a way to reach out to clients or customers and as a necessity in the global market today.

What they don’t always realize is that many of these social media channels can actually be a great resource and tool.” While using Twitter and Facebook to reach customers on their mobile devices and computers is a great way to spread brand awareness, business owners can also use these social media platforms to research their customers and target audience to find the best messages and products that appeal directly to them.
