Basic OASIS Rules • 9100-series certification includes registration in OASIS • Certificates registered in OASIS are recognized by all IAQG members • All aerospace organizations can take advantage of ICOP and OASIS (Primes, Suppliers and Sub-tiers) • Accredited Certification Bodies according to the IAQG ICOP (9104) are registered in OASIS

OASIS Benefits • Only one source • Global access, 24 hours 7 days a week • No need for organization individual verifications (CRB’s, auditors, etc) – oversight, data self verification, etc • Provides Up-to- date information on Aerospace Quality Management System certification to: • Primes • Suppliers • Sub-tiers • Airworthiness Authorities, Agencies, etc

  4. OASIS Data • “Public” Data – Certificate Information • Organization Name / Location • Standard Certified • Registrar/Certification Body • Date of Registration + Expiry date • Scope of Registration • “Private” Data • Number and Type of non-conformance (Major & minor and related to standard chapters) • Score (total and by standard chapter) • Audit Summary (statements from the Auditors)

  5. OASIS Private Data Policy • Private Data will be aggregated & reported, at industry or commodity level, to track improvement anonymously • Private Data will be visible only for IAQG members after supplier permission • Suppliers can “opt” to turn off their Private Data (depending of customer / supplier agreements)

  6. OASIS registration fees • Initial registration entry fee – $ 500 • Recurrent registration fee (normally in 3 years) – $ 375 • OASIS registration fee policy will be reviewed in April 2006

  7. OASIS status Status per 18 September 2005 (22 April 2005): • 7751(5425) users, • 562(528) registered Aerospace Auditors • 75(72) approved CRB’s • 3939 (3083) certified supplier sites: • 2396(1892) in USA • 1467(1076) in Europe • 126(115) in Asia/Pacific
