  8. Working plan on HIV/AIDS estimate in 2007 • 4月April • 参加泰国HIV/AIDS疫情估计研讨会(UNAIDS主办) • Participated HIV/AIDS Estimate Workshop in Thailand (Sponsored by UNAIDS). • 举办全国HIV/AIDS疫情估计培训班（昆明） • Conducted National Training Workshop on HIV/AIDS Estimate (Kunming)

Working plan on HIV/AIDS estimate in 2007 • 5月-6月May-June • 各省按要求收集疫情估计相关数据 • Collecting data at county level. • 省级工作组对本省疫情进行估计 • Conducting HIV/AIDS estimate at prefecture and provincial level • 国家工作组分2组赴疫情严重省份进行估计 • 2 national working teams are going to 8 provinces to conduct joined estimate • 云南、河南、广西、新疆、广东、四川、安徽、河北 • Yunnan, Henan, Guangxi, Xinjiang, Guangdong, Sichuan, Anhui and Hebei

Working plan on HIV/AIDS estimate in 2007 • 6月 June • 收集、审核和汇总全国31个省、市、自治区上报的疫情估计表 • Collecting data/estimate result from 31 provinces • 召开国家工作组会议，在国家层面对Workbook未覆盖的人群、新发感染和死亡人数进行估计 • Conducting consultation meetings to estimate HIV/AIDS which uncovered by Workbook, to estimate number of new infection and death in 2007.

Working plan on HIV/AIDS estimate in 2007 • 7月 July • 召开三个片区会议，国家工作组和省级工作组共同审核各省疫情估计数，向各省反馈Workbook未覆盖的人群估计数 • Conducting 3 estimate meetings in Beijing • To review the estimate result for 31 province with joined effort from national working group and provincial working group. • Feedback the estimate result of uncovered population by Workbook for each province.

  13. Working plan on HIV/AIDS estimate in 2007 • 7月 July • 收集汇总各省经国家工作组审定的最终疫情估计结果 • Conducting finale estimate result which reviewed by National Working Group from 31 provinces.

  14. Working plan on HIV/AIDS estimate in 2007 • 8月 August • 召开4个国家工作组会议，审核各省上报的最终疫情估计结果 • Conducting 4 consultative meeting to review the final estimate result from 31 provinces.

Working plan on HIV/AIDS estimate in 2007 • 9月（September） • 与UNAIDS\WHO\USCDC专家再复核结果 • Final reviewing with UNAIDS\WHO\USCDC • 起草、修改和翻译《2007年HIV/AIDS疫情估计报告》 • Writing, revising and translating 2007 HIV/AIDS Estimate Report of China • 向卫生部提交《2007年HIV/AIDS疫情估计报告》 • Submitting Estimate Report to MOH

Strategies for 2007 • 基层人员更多的参与 • Greater involvement of grass-root staff • 专家更多的参与（国家工作组、国际组织） • Greater involvement of experts from National Working Group and international organization (guideline,training,field estimate, middle review, final review, report writing) • 全国遵循统一的数据使用原则(数据使用指南） • Following the uniform principle of data usages(guideline)
