  3. Measurement Review • Maria says her crayon is 5 inches long, to the nearest inch. What can you say about the true length of Maria’s crayon? • Maria measures her crayon again. Now she says it is 5 inches long, to the nearest ½ inch. What can you say about the true length?

  4. Measurement Review (Contd.) • Now Maria says her crayon is 5 ½ inches long, to the nearest quarter inch. Should you believe her?
