Job Responsibilities • Teach several subjects to one class or specialize in one or two subjects. • Prepare tests and assignments. • Monitor students for signs , or social learning, or behavioral problems. • Go to meetings, and supervise clubs, and activities, and take students on field trips. • Complete paperwork and report cards.

  3. Sills Needed • Enjoy teaching children. • Be patient. • Be calm. • Be understanding. • Have communication skills.

  4. Education and Experience • A bachelors degree. • Completion of a teacher education program. • A license to teach in your state. • Private teachers may not need license.

  5. Professional Outlook • $35,000 to $81,000 a year. • The median is around $35,000 a year. • Public school teachers tend to earn more than private school teachers.

  6. Why I Like This Career • Because I have watched teachers and I think that I would love to be a teacher. • Because I love teaching because I love math because I help my cousin with her math and I just love teaching math. • So that is why I like that career. • Thank you
