  5. PTO Membership • This year PTO membership is FREE. We want to build our school community and encourage everyone to join in to support our teachers, staff and students. • Please complete the golden Membership Form to be on the email list for PTO updates and volunteer opportunities.

  6. Volunteer Announcements Without volunteers we would not be a successful organization! We are looking for volunteers to help with our fall events: Box Tops, Turkey Trot, Holiday Shop and Holiday Bazaar. Contact Alexis Engel at vpvolunteers@evergreenpto.org to be placed on the volunteer list

How can you stay connected • Please visit our website www.evergreenpto.org • Sign up for our Facebook group • Complete the Membership Form including your email. • We will publish a monthly newsletter on our website at the beginning of each month. You can request a paper copy if you do not have email/internet access. • We will have Teacher Wish Lists up on the website by the end of October.

  9. Show your EES Spirit • Spirit and House Shirt orders are due tomorrow. These shirts can be worn any time, but especially on: • First Friday Spirit Days • PTO volunteers hand out free popcorn at lunch • Special Events in the school • Field Trips • We also have EES Magnets and Tick Keys available for purchase.

  12. 2011-2012 PTO Gift • We would like to brainstorm a list of ideas for a school gift(s) from our fundraising this year. • We will vote on the main school gift at the January General Meeting.

  13. Fundraising for the school • The BoxTop Collection is going on now through October 21. Collection sheets can be printed from the PTO website. • Please sign up your store cards (Target, Giant, McKay’s) to give back to EES. We will have information on our website.

Fall Fundraiser • We are excited to offer Little Caesar's Pizzas, Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies and gift items & wrapping paper by Cherrydale Farms. • Important Dates • September 29th: Catalogs sent home. • October 13th: Orders due. • November 15th – 17th: Orders delivered. We will have a check writing campaign option as well.
