  4. Things They Need to Be Able to Do/hobbies Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
