  2. Teacher Sign of the Cross. Light candle. Summer is the season of brightness and light. And so we light our candle once again and remember that God is with us in the brightness of summer. We thank God.

  3. Teacher: God our Creator, you are with us when we play in the sunshine. All: Thank you, God, we pray.

  4. God, our Creator, you are with us when we feel the warmth of the sun on our bodies. Thank you, God, we pray.

  5. God, our Creator, you are with us when we hear the birds singing. Thank you, God, we pray.

  6. God, our Creator, you are with us when we go to the seaside. Thank you, God, we pray.

  7. God, our Creator, you are with us when we paddle in the water. Thank you, God, we pray.

  8. God, our Creator, you are with us when we play in the sand. Thank you, God.

  9. We pray together: Thank you, God, for summertime. Thank you, God, we pray. Thank you, God, for summertime For each bright new sunny day.
