Key Activities • Our main activity is phone calls and scheduling. • We will receive calls from passengers needing transport, and they will give us their location. • We then check our database and call the nearest available driver to schedule that trip. • We call back the customer to tell them how long the driver will reach them, and their taxi fare. • - We do this by using DigiHome service with its features shown.

Iterate – Next Steps • Plan to advertise more eg: Distribute more flyers to drivers and travellers making them more aware of our business • Create our database so when drivers and customers sign up with us, we can store their data (name, location, available working hours) in the database one time.
