  1. GRAPHIC DESIGN AGENCY BRUSSELS Think before acting. The adage is well known ... Defining your strategy well before taking action is a fundamental principle at Flow Studio. Our team is multidisciplinary ; it is organized around an experienced designer, a typographer and a champion of marketing strategy and is complemented by external specialists carefully selected according to the field and the project. We are lively and agile . We design exactly what you have in mind without ever losing sight of your audience, thanks to a pragmatic approach. To do this, we prepare a roadmap for your brand, and we take a fresh look at your products, to help you develop them better. Since good design is more than good packaging, your strategy should not be limited to a long list of utopian guidelines. Together, we get to the bottom of things: we go back to the origin of your product, we trace its history, we find out who exactly your customers are and what triggers their passions. Together, we are building ways to connect you with your customers, through all possible channels. SERVICES

  2. Branding - Branding •LOGO CREATION Your brand's logo is the cornerstone of your visual identity. We provide you with a variety of formats and colors, to ensure that your emblem can be used on any type of medium: online, printed or as an object in itself. We bring your logo to life and give it the flexibility it needs to meet your exact needs. •TYPOGRAPHY No logo without proper typography. Like all couples, this tandem must work in perfect harmony. We choose the right font based on the overall image, but also the constraints of electronic and traditional media. •GRAPHIC CHARTER

  3. We prepare a graphic charter for you to guarantee the optimal use of your logo in all circumstances. This charter defines the fonts, chromatic variations, symbols and other elements that make up your visual identity. It is a kind of code of conduct, which sets out the rules to be observed in any visual communication, internal or external. The graphic charter brings together all the visual elements of your brand and helps your company to systematically give a consistent image of itself, constant in time and space. An indispensable legal element, the annual report is more than a set of figures and resolutions: it is also an element of communication. An extension of your brand and your identity, it must therefore be perfectly tailored to make it a readable, professional, credible, authentic, unique document that perfectly matches your image. This premium design takes place in several stages, none of which should be overlooked. 1 Listen to the customer to understand his needs and desires Every customer has desires, expressed, and needs, sometimes unknown. All listening aims to verify that the desire and need are in adequacy, by asking questions, proposing solutions, evoking avenues. Our objective at this stage is to fully understand the activity and the necessities in terms of communication: if an annual report always retains a formalism, it nevertheless conveys a message, to shareholders, to institutions, to the media, to partners. This is what we will determine together: innovation? modernity? youth? innovation? international dimension ? Ethical values or CSR?

  4. All of our thinking will focus on how to express the purpose through the form and presentation of the document. 2 Perform the search Secondly, we will work on all the documentation gathered from the client: documents used internally, desired style, preliminary content, promotional brochure presenting the brand, communication supports, reports from previous years ...

  5. These samples help us to brainstorm on the graphic charter, to create a moodboard. As a creator, it is a collective stage in which I strongly believe: because good ideas often arise from average ideas, by dint of exchanges and exploration of avenues. The good idea always seems obvious ... after you find it! As soon as this brainstorming is sufficiently advanced, we discuss with the client to have his feedback and refine the project. 3 A tailor-made work This brainstorming leads to extremely precise and meticulous selection work, where everything is thought out, analyzed and verified, for a result that is both coherent and artistic. Before starting the creation, the main guidelines are defined, to define the angle with which each of the concepts will be approached: the idea is then to decline each one as much as possible, to go towards a maximum of diversity and original creations. An element apparently as simple as typography has been developed for a long time: we work with a specialist in this field with more than 25 experience. Similar work is carried out on the graphics, within the framework of a relevant graphic charter: they must be precise, clear, pleasant to see and analyze. They are created entirely for the customer, a far cry from the soulless copy and paste of Excel files. In the same spirit, real research is being done on iconography, by banning low cost image banks. We create photos and visuals if necessary. Why ? Because an annual report must give off a feeling of authenticity, of truth. Using images that are not those of your real activity nourishes the reader with an unconscious impression of concealment, of lies, of lack of originality: it is exactly the opposite of what you want to convey as a subject and therefore totally counter productive. You want to convey a professional image, standing out from the competition with real added value: your activity report must do exactly the same. As professionals of the object and of the image, we treat it like a book: we read it entirely, with the will to understand it, never to dissociate the form from the background.

  6. This document must be clear and pleasant to read, it must give off an impression of value and therefore added value, it must be attractive to see while being easy to navigate. 4 Develop a model This is why we spend a lot of time on the model, before having it validated. This essential step turns out to be decisive to facilitate reading, layout, without ever being boring. We say that a good book must be a page turner, to make you want to go all the way: we apply this same philosophy to the rhythm of the layout, even if it means regularly moving blocks to choose the most effective solution. It is an extremely dynamic process, similar to that of journalists or magazine editors. We test different ideas, to retain only the most relevant. Once the mockup is complete, the basic briefing is reviewed to ensure that all of the client's requirements are present and fully met. Each model is then presented in a template which clearly identifies the main ideas, the proposed structure, the graphic grid as well as the recurring elements (fonts, colors, etc.). A meeting (real or virtual) is organized for the presentation of these models: we listen to the customer again, listening to these feedbacks. This exchange also allows us to see what he particularly likes, to possibly reflect on additional ideas. 5 Carry out the initial assembly We make the readjustments to arrive at a final model, approved by the customer. This selected model is reconstructed by our graphic designer, whose objective is to optimize the use of styles, template and GREP during assembly. Before the first delivery to the client, a careful proofreading is performed by at least two people, to ensure that all the content is present, without errors, faithful to the approved layout. 6 Customer corrections We are awaiting feedback from the customer, to make the requested corrections. The new document is then carefully reread, with several looks, to avoid any typos.

  7. An exchange with the customer is again carried out. 7 Preparation for editing The final adjustments are made and the final document for the printer is prepared, as a pdf or source file. The management of typography, colors, bleeds and other technical requirements is performed and validated before delivery. The printing work can then begin, to provide a professional, original and pleasant to read annual report that is both an information document and a promotional element. The image of your company is respected and valued. •PHOTOGRAPHS AND PACKSHOT CREATION Everyone is aware of the advantages of e-commerce: it is more practical, faster, more economical. However, there is a handicap to be overcome: the customer cannot “really” see his product. There is indeed a filter: it is the photo of the product on the e-commerce site. Because this site is neither more nor less than the equivalent of a showcase: it is through these photos that the act of purchase is decided or not. This shows the importance of this photograph and the product packshot: it must inspire desire, to boost sales and increase the conversion rate. It is both technical and artistic work. •Brand Activation and Storytelling Involve your customers by taking them on a fabulous journey through all possible channels to give them a personal experience, adapted, unique and different from others. Make sure your team or sales rep conveys a story that matches your customers' needs or wants.
