Tracking and Analysis • Embedding Equality and Diversity principles across all areas within the college. • Tracking, monitoring and analysis of students by most protected characteristics • Action planning against our own analysis and the new FE Framework • Staff Training and Development is a key feature

  5. Specialist Support • Support for LLDD, school action and school action plus • Developing links with special schools, other agencies and other providers • Adult and community focus working in areas of multiple deprivation
