  3. WHO IS SHH? • Our mission is to end extreme poverty and violence through education and youth empowerment. • We aid children by building schools, children’s homes, and empowering communities across Honduras

  5. THE 8 DAY SERVICE TRIP • You will work on one or more of our projects during the 8 day service trip

  6. DOWNTIME ACTIVITIES • The week is packed with activities that will engage you with the Honduran culture

  7. TRIP COST • $650 + airfare (when you register 2 months ahead of time) • This cost is significantly less than most international service trips

  8. SO, YOU ARE READY TO GO. WHAT’S NEXT? • Go to ceciskids.org and make an account • Reserve your spot by paying the $150 deposit • A fundraising page will be automatically to help you raise funds for your trip

  9. THE NEXT STEPS… • Get a passport or renew your passport if it expires within 90 days after the trip date • Book your plane as soon as possible • You will fly to and from SAN PEDRO SULA

  10. THE NEXT STEPS… • Get the correct medication and vaccinations for Honduras • Purchase travel insurance if desired
