Objective 1 • Identify the mission of the Citizen Corps and how the Medical Reserve Corps mission and Surgeon General Carmona’s program priorities are integrated.
Objective 2 • Identify mission commonalities between HHS, DOH, EMA, and other homeland security and public health partners.
Objective 3 • Discuss methods to integrate diversified funding sources to support the common mission and sustain and grow Medical Reserve Corps programs across the nation.
Why? • So we can sustain our existing MRCs • So we can fulfill our individual MRC missions • So our impact can grow locally and nationally • So the MRC program can continue to evolve • So new MRCs can form, grow, and prosper
