  1. How to Navigate TutorTrac

  2. How to search for tutor availability Click on ‘Search Availability’.

  3. How to search for tutor availability Choose ‘University Tutoring Services’ from the drop down menu.

  4. How to search for tutor availability Choose the course you wish to receive tutoring for from the drop down menu and Click ‘Search’.

  5. How to sign up for a tutor Click on the appointment time you wish to receive tutoring.

  6. How to sign up for a tutor An appointment entry box will appear. If you would like weekly appointments make sure to check the box.

  7. How to sign up for a tutor Hit ‘Save’. You will receive a confirmation email.

  8. How to view what session you are signed up for If you return to the Main Menu you will see the appointment date, time, location and the email of your tutor(s).

  9. How to cancel an appointment If you need to cancel the appointment on the Main Menu click the ‘x’.

  10. How to cancel an appointment Click ‘Confirm Cancellation’.

  11. How to request a tutor If you need a tutor for a class and there is no available tutor first sign into your bmail then click ‘TutorTrac Help Request Form’ .
