How to Navigate Cases 360 Repository. Click on Image Library icon – to view all images. Click on Videos/Documents Library icon – to view all videos and documents. Click on Teaching Sets/Cases icon – to view all image/document sets and cases.

Click on Image Library icon – to view all images. Click on Videos/Documents Library icon – to view all videos and documents. Click on Teaching Sets/Cases icon – to view all image/document sets and cases. Click on Teaching Collections icon – to view a specific collection of images.
When you click on the slide icon you will get the first page of a list of images available to view as seen in the following slide.
To view the image, click on the thumbnail (blue arrow) To view ALL information associated with a specific image, click on the slide icon (red arrow)
Click on the video/documents icon to view the image you see to the left. Here you will see all information associated with the document or video. To view the video and/or document click on the + box (red arrow)
After clicking on the + you now see the title of the PowerPoint document. Click on the title and the powerpoint document will open up. If you wish to use the PowerPoint as is, you can save it to your desktop and use in your lesson/course. In this Set, the images within the PowerPoint presentation have been saved as individual objects with associated metadata for each image. In this way, if you choose to use only an image or two, you can do so without having to use the entire PowerPoint presentation; however, you must remember to provide the proper ‘credit’ to the author should you choose this option. To save the PowerPoint onto your desktop, folder, or flash drive, click on the title and select the ‘Save’ option. To save an image to your desktop, click on the thumbnail you wish to keep. Select the ‘Save’ option and save to your desktop, folder, or flash drive.
Searching within Spectrum One can search in Spectrum by Body Site, Diagnosis, and/or Media Type. Macros have been created with pre-defined search parameters. In this way, the marcos remain in alpha order, by search field, ie. Diagnosis: Adenocarcinoma or Media Type: PowerPoint. To access the macros, click on the down Delta in the box (red arrow). Below is an example of what the Macros created, look like. If you click on the Diagnosis: Adenocarcinoma macro, you will see all images with the diagnosis of Adenocarcinoma.
