Expression Profiler • Expression Profiler is a set of tools for analyzing gene expression data. • EPCLUST is a component of the Expression Profiler suite that provides visualization of results various clustering and distance metrics applied to gene-expression data. • Bioinformatics requires expertise in multiple disciplines. Web-based tools such as Expression Profiler narrow the divide between biomedical researchers and computer scientists. Newcomb CS9633 Spring 2003
