Key Dates: Show and Sell product pickup: October 4 Show and Sell money due: November 7 Unit popcorn orders due to council: November 7 Unit prize orders due: November 7 Top Seller sales turn in: November 10 Unit Popcorn Distribution*: November 22 *get with your District Executive on locations in your area Final date to settle account: December 12

Things YOUR Unit Can Do to Sell More Popcorn: • Give each Scout a sales goal • Host a Popcorn Kickoff in your unit • Show parents “What’s in it for them” • Teach the boys a “close statement” to make the sale! (Ex: Will you help me get to camp? / Will you help me reach my sales goal?) • Sponsor unit-level incentives for your pack or troop

  23. LOG-IN SCREEN: • Use an email address that is VALID (one that you use). Reason being, Trail’s End will email your password if you forget it. • If you don’t receive the confirmation email back from Trail’s End when you first register, check your junk mail/spam folder. Sometimes email from an unrecognized sender will end up here.

  24. UNIT HOME PAGE: BASIC ORDERING • Click on “ORDERS” across the menu bar at the top of the page • Under “POPCORN,” select your order type (listed by date). • Enter quantities of each product needed in empty fields on screen.

  26. Order for 10-2 is for Show and Sell Order for 11-20 is for Take Order

  27. Order screen comes up. Enter case quantity needed by available products. Notice under the product symbols the container quantity in each case.

  28. Click “SUBMIT TO COUNCIL” button on lower left

  29. UNIT HOME PAGE: POPCORN ORDER After quantities by product have been filled, be sure to click “SAVE CHANGES” if you don’t want to submit it to the council right away OR Click “SUBMIT TO COUNCIL” Once you have clicked SUBMIT TO COUNCILyour order has been submitted to the council for approval.
