May 2014 (1) AWR • Rate is currently manned at 94.4%, manned to 94.1% FY15 Enlisted Programmed Authorizations. • -Currently not open to PACT Designation applicants. • -No convert-out opportunity at this time. • -Not taking convert-ins at this time. • Advancement opportunities will remain cyclic during squadron transitions and establishments. • -Members that non-volunteer from flying duty will be force converted per MILPERSMAN 1440-010.
