GOVERNANCE OUTCOMES • By end 2020, Uganda socially and institutionally enforces mutual accountability, transparency, integrity and zero tolerance to corruption • By end 2020, Rule of Law, separation of powers and constitutional democracy are entrenched in Uganda and all individuals are treated equally under the law and have equitable access to justice • By end 2020, Uganda’s institutions and Public-Private-Partnerships are inclusive, fully functional, credible and driven by evidence and rights-based decisions • By end 2020, gender equality and human rights of all people in Uganda are promoted, protected and fulfilled • By end 2020, a unified, resilient Uganda enjoys sustained peace and securityand is free of all forms of discrimination and violence
