GOALS Defining : • different types of governance, their characteristics • the affect of these types on the management behavior • the link between management behavior and employee outcome • the connection between the outcomes and the achieved results of the company • Designing the model for evaluation of the effect of the types of governance on the employee outcome
APPROACH & VISION • No existing model that explains connection between CG and EO • Theory, best practice • Results will show which type of CG gives the company competitive advantage in terms of EO • Better EO in insider or german type of CG?
