The itv banner on twitter says that it is “where drama lives” this shows that they are confident that they have accomplished this value.

  3. Promotional content that would be effective to lyrical media • I think making an open lyrical media group on facebook or any other social network would help get the brand name out there. • We could have competitions like- questions- first to comment - etc
