DAP ComponentsStreets & Open Space Improvement Plan (SOSIP) • Reviewed by several commissions • Provides the basis for an Impact Fee (SOSIF) • Fee not yet determined: Nexus Study, Financing Plan, & Development Feasibility Report for future review • MU-D zoning provides bridge for Impact Fee and open space in-lieu fee to implement SOSIP
