PROJECT HISTORY • 1986: Approved for 3 million square feet of Commercial and Business Park Uses • 2008: Opportunity Study Area Land Use Change to Residential, Mixed Use, & Public Park • OSA GPA & Program EIR • Portola Center Development Agreement • 2008: Initial Submittal of Tentative Tract Maps (TTM) and Area Plan • May 2012: Application Deemed Complete • July 2012: EIR Scoping Meeting and Planning Commission Site Visit & Workshop

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Portola Northwest & Northeast Planning Areas 304 Single Family Homes with usable lot sizes between 5,500 & 6,500 sq. ft. 18 Attached Accessory Dwellings 2 Pedestrian Oriented Neighborhood Parks Single Gated Entrance to each Planning Area Emergency Access on Glenn Ranch Road Portola South Planning Area 313 Single Family Homes with usable lot sizes between 3,000 & 4,500 sq. ft. 256 Multifamily Homes 57 Affordable Homes 10,000 sq. ft. of Neighborhood-Serving Commercial 5-Acre Public Community Park & 2 Neighborhood Parks HOA Recreation Center 1.8 miles of “amenitized” public trails (“Perimeter Trail) Two Gated Entrances
