  2. Course Logistics • Weekly Meeting time - determined by the Faculty Project head & team. • Teams work independently of one another on the same problem statement when there is more than 1 team. • Meet every week for 45 minutes one on one with Project head.

  3. Team Meeting Info There are 2 types of meetings: • Weekly Team meetings with Project Head • (mutual meeting time for the semester) • 2 meetings with Area of Expertise Faculty • Keith will approach any faculty member you feel that will be helpful in the process…Just Ask. • 3 Host Meetings • Scheduled for a 4:30pm start time, generally

  4. Host Meetings • Kick-Off’s next week • Host on campus to lay out project in more detail • Team Formation & Team Leaders • Mid-Project Review – mid-Feb. • Roadmap (3-5 slides/presentation) • Final Presentation – mid-April • Final deliverable (slide deck/presentation)
