If you look at a cube from the top, it looks like a square as the face is a square. The same is true of the other views. Looking at something from the top is called a plan. Looking from the front and side are called the elevations. So for the cube we have the views as PlanFront ElevationSide Elevation Notice that the squares are all equal in size as its a cube!! What shapes are these? You have 10 cubes and the plan view for 6 different solids. Your task is to work out what these solids look like and present your answers to the class.
