Course Selection RequirementsClass of 2014 • English 10 5.0 credits • Geometry 5.0 credits • IPS or Biology 5.0 credits • US History I or AP US History 5.0 credits / 10.0 credits • PE 2 2.5 credits • Health 2 2.5 credits • World Language 5.0 credits • Elective 1 (Algebra II) 5.0 credits • Elective 2 5.0 credits 40.0 credits • You must take and pass a 5.0 credit course in The Arts prior to graduation. • You must take and pass 2 blocks of the same World Language prior to graduation

Quabbin’sWeighted GPA Weighted 4.0 GPA: This is a cumulative Grade Point Average, giving a heavier weight to higher level courses. Your class percentile is based on your weighted GPA. Only Levels 3, 4, 5 & 6 are counted in a student’s GPA.
Things To Remember • Choose Wisely! • Important to begin researching college admissions requirements regarding World Languages • Must choose 2 alternate courses per elective • Must earn at least 70.0 credits to be promoted to the 11th grade
Promotion Requirements Quabbin students must earn: • 70.0 credits to be promoted to 11th grade • 105.0 credits to be promoted to 12th grade • 140.0 credits to graduate • Senior year you must carry 8 courses and earn 35.0 out of 40.0 credits
