  6. Local/State/Washington • Hospital Medicaid Provider Payment Program (Provider Tax) and appropiations • Medicaid Reform/Expansion (2015)

  7. Local/State/Washington • Shutdown/Debt Ceiling Increase • Sequester and what might replace it • Sustainable Growth Rate • Disproportionate Share Hospital payments.
