eNotice • Due date reminder • Pay attention to the due date at top right corner • Attachment • Download and read attachment file, e.g. images, PDF, document, etc. by clicking the link • Show preferences • Select the options that best represent your preferences (if applicable) • Sign eNotice • Sign the notice by clicking the button • Alert message • Receive a push message after signing the notice

eNotice Payment Notice • Parents may top up the ePayment value in multiples of $100 by one of the following means: • Cash / Cheque at front desk • Cash / Cheque in an envelope written with your child’s name, class, session and “Top Up Value”and submitted to your child’s class teacher

eNotice Payment Notice • Charges for Top Up Service • Parents may top up their ePayment account Free of Charge for two times a term • ie. Term 1 x 2 times = FREE • Term 2 x 2 times = FREE • 2. Parents will be charged $10.00 per top up service per term from the third time onwards ie. Term 1 – 3rd time = $10.00

FAQ 1. Besides eClass Parent App, is there any other means of signing eNotices? A: You may also do it through the school intranet with your parent account. 2. How long will eNotices be kept? A: Generally, you may check all eNotices of the current school year via eClass Parent App. As to intranet, eNotices will usually be kept as long as the account lasts. However, the situation may be subject to change based on school policies. 3. Can I access eClass Parent App with my tablet? A : You may download eClass Parent App through App Storeor Google Play Store. Please be reminded that eClass Parent App is built for smartphones. You are advised to search the App using iPhone App when you download it to your iPad.
FAQ 4. Can I receive push messages when my phone is not connected to the network? A : No. But you will receive the unread push messages automatically when your smartphone is reconnected to the network. 5. Is it possible to have multiple users sharing the same parent account? A: Yes.By using the same login name and password, you can log in eClass App on more than one smart phone or tablet PC. 6. If one of us changes the password, do concurrent users of the same account have to log in again using the new password? A: Yes. Every time when you run the program, eClass App will cross-check the account name with its corresponding password. So, please inform other concurrent users once the password is updated.
FAQ 7. What should I do if I’ve lost my mobile or, if I’ve forgotten the password of my parent account? A: If either of these happen to you, please contact your child’s school office immediately and leave all necessary information for resetting the account password.Once the password is reset, concurrent users of the account have to log in again with the new password.
