EURO 300 bureaus/offices for questions of the insured frontiers to France, Austria and Switzerland, high mobility, professional and private (f.e. Daimler, Porsche, SAP) political efforts and representation in interest-groups of cross-boarder workers (f.e. The reference market cross-boarder right, organisation of bringing EU-regulations 1408/71 and Netc@rds into practical use • 300 offices/bureaus of AOK in Baden-Württemberg • more than 85% of all cases of EU-citizens coming to BW with need of treatment are financially pre- covered by AOK very good circumstandes and environment to deploy Netc@rds Rainer Baudermann, Leiter der Stabstelle Grundsatzfragen Leistungen

The reference market organisation: • central task-force (Servicestelle) in Stuttgart • renummeration of all cases with health insurances in Europe (over liaison offices) • amount of about 50.000 cases each year • about 15.000 cases of France (tourists, cross-boarder workers) • about 28 Mio. EUR of renummeration (other countries have to pay) • about 35 Mio. Resumée: • Individual contracts between health insurances and hospitals, physicians, medical centers are a way to improve the situation for citizens in near-boarder-regions • Netc@rds is a tested and evaluated systemical solution on the way to an eEHIC Rainer Baudermann, Leiter der Stabstelle Grundsatzfragen Leistungen
