Conservation of Animals through Educational Tours at Singapore night safari zoo Mother Nature has a huge treasure of flora and fauna, which can be found throughout the surface of earth. Animals and plants of different varieties flourished on earth, before human beings started settling in communities, covering the earth with their population. To make room for the increasing population, they had to wipe out large areas of forests which ultimately affected the flora and fauna. Moreover, several animal species were hunted and killed, to maintain the supply of food, skin and other utilities
With the development of the modern men, they started killing them for pleasure, and clearing forest lands for construction of industries and houses for the masses. But they didn’t realize that their reckless hunting and wiping out of forests for selfish reasons can have a devastating effect on the processes of the nature. Animals whether they are microbial or huge, play an important role in maintaining the balance in the nature. They are a crucial part of the natural life cycle which has to be kept in order to maintain the equilibrium. Therefore Singapore night safari zoo has taken some serious steps in order to protect the endangered animals and replenish their population on earth.
For that they have prioritized some enclosures where wildlife animals will be kept in their natural habitat. This was not easy to do, and required a detailed study of the locations where particular specie lived. The environment, temperature, humidity, types of plants, etc, was thoroughly studied using scientific measures and implemented in the exact form as they were found in the natural habitat.
These zoos or the wildlife animal sanctuary are open for public viewing therefore they can enjoy the nature in its true form. Furthermore these sanctuaries are also used for educational purpose, so that the kids and even their parents can also learn about the wildlife, how they live, what kind of food they eat and how they impact the ecology. The Singapore zoo is divided into several types of zoo like day zoo, night safari zoo, and the bird park. In the day zoo, you can visit the animals to see their day activities and how they live throughout the day. Few species of animals are not activities during day due to their nocturnal behavior that’s why you can see their life in the night safari zoo.
