  2. Why is important? The historic lack of structured data and standardization in the healthcare industry causes many problems, such as uncontrolled vocabulary usage, drawn from a variety of clinical definition, blocking the opportunity to scale joint purchasing efforts .

  3. Why do we need? Worldwide health budget is insufficient to meet all actual and future needs. Joint Purchasing is key element to manage rising costs of hospital supplies worldwide.
