Imagine the Possibilities Prepared for Liquid CGI Creators of World-Class Computer-Generated ImageryPresented to Saatchi & Saatchi
Market Analysis • After researching the market, we identified a significant need for CGI services in the NY-Metro area. • Very few local shops offered CGI services, and the ones that did were actually middlemen brokering the work to outside vendors.

The Benefits of CGI • Create images and special effects not possible with any other technology. • Generate all the physical details and lighting precision of a live photo, without the need for expensive sets or props. • Conveniently access and modify common digital assets from your own image library. • Simulate high-speed liquid photography, weather systems, or any virtual background. • Freedom, flexibility and feasibility to create without bounds.
The Process: Wireframe Model • A wireframe is a visual presentation of an object used in 3D computer graphics. • It allows us to see the underlying design structure of a 3D model. • Once created, wireframe models can be manipulated to change shape, size, proportions and surface textures. • We can quickly review changes or rotate the object to new desired views.
The Process: Texture-Mapping & Lighting • Texture-mapping wraps texture around the wireframe to simulate the desired material and finish. • Lighting simulates illumination, shading, translucency, reflection, refraction and shadows to make the model appear photorealistic. • Any desired lighting condition or specially lit environment may be created with CGI technology.
The Process: Scene Layout & Rendering • Scene layout positions the object in relationship to the point-of-view, similar to a photograph. • Simulations such as perspective distortion and focal distance are controlled by the software. • Images can be rendered in low and high resolution, or as a series of frames to create an animated sequence.
