Purpose • Clear, Concise, Realistic • Used to evaluate what goes into your presentation • Say to yourself, “After hearing this message, I want my audience to . . .”

Outcome • What is the outcome I desire? • How will that manifest itself in my audience? • What can I do to make that happen?

Font Guidelines • Use sans-serif fonts for headings and bullets (Ariel/Trebuchet/Maiandra/Tahoma) • Avoid script and novelty fonts • Use 34-45 pt for headings and 24-30 pt for text/bullets
Font Guidelines • Use bold and shadow to differentiate and provide emphasis • Do not underline • Use single font for most of the presentation • Use different colors, size and styles for impact • Be consistent
