Theme, title, footer, table • Theme • A Theme insures that your PowerPoint will have a even and consistent flow throughout your entire Presentation. • Title • You must ALWAYS include a Title Slide. If you don’t, how will they know what you’re talking about? • Footer • A Footer is a nice way to give credit to yourself or to remind your viewers what/why this presentation is for. • Table • Easy to construct & it helps you cover main points in once easy location. Tips for your title slide • Your Title Slide Should ALWAYS contain the following: • Creative Title for your Presentation • A Subtitle (if your presentation calls for it) • An image to give the audience • A Footer (your name – if needed) Let’s Create a Title Slide now. 12. All about the ClipArt Remember pictures and clip ALWAYS enhance your presentation. It gives your words extra emphasis. For example, if I advise you that colorful engaging clip art is a “THUMBS UP” then paste a picture of a huge “THUMB” this will add detail and depth to your presentation. Adding clip art/picture to your presentation. • Select “Insert” Tab • Select what type of image you would like from the “Clip Art” bar that appears to your right. • You can either “click & drag” or LEFT-CLICK on your mouse and select INSERT • By placing your mouse over the clip art you are able to move the picture anywhere you want.
