In fact, so strong is the love for pasta that people can have it without a flicker a doubt for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While pasta lovers can vouch for its versatility and dynamicity, this blog is for those who run away from pasta. Here we have taken up a five-course Pasta Menu challenge wherein we will present you 5 meals based on pasta. Don’t worry, we assure, they are going to be different and just as good as the previous one. Believe us when we say this, after reading this blog, you’d tempted to prepare a bowl of steaming hot pasta for yourself. We bet! So let’s get started: Course 1: AMUSE BOUCHE/Mini Appetizers These are single-serve, bite-sized snacks served complimentary as chef’s exclusive preparations. These are a warm way to welcome guests for dinner and represent the chef’s cooking style. You can prepare pasta based amuse bouche in many ways. In some parts of the world, the salad is served after the main meal, but common practice is to serve it before. The idea is to tweak the health quotient towards vegetables, away from the protein. While many may not prefer salad, however, nobody says no to pasta salad. In fact, they are a fantastic way to induce your kids into healthy eating. Just chop some colorful vegetables, add boiled pasta of your choice, garnish it with seasonings and voila! Your bowl of goodness is ready. Course 5: MAIN MEAL That’s the thing about elaborate meals, by the time we come to the main course we are almost full, aren’t we? Yet it’s difficult to resist the scrumptious main dish that is calling us with its aroma. Coming to pasta recipes, I am sure we all are aware of many pasta recipes that qualify as the main dish.
