Status of implementation of PRIASoft Zilla Panchayat • The Master of Treasury, Post Office and all Bank branches (147) of Balasore Dist have been created. • The Opening Balance as on 1.04.2010 has been entered in all schemes (12 ). • 15 no. of receipt and 86 no. of payment vouchers have been entered. Block Panchayat • 11 Blocks out of 12 have entered their Master data. • 11 Blocks out of 12 have entered their Opening Balance. Village Panchayat • 283 panchayats out of 289 have entered their Master data. • 47 panchayats out of 289 have entered their Opening Balance. • 1 panchayat has entered voucher.

  5. Problem faced during data entry • Transfer /Expn. of funds through advice is not available. • Only one mode of advance/transfer i.e. Infrastructure in SGSY scheme is showing under Head. Three other modes like Subsidy, Training & Revolving are not showing, which may kindly be included. • In BGJY, it is not possible to enter Receipt voucher as nothing is coming in Scheme/component. Further this scheme is not showing in Payment voucher. • The figure in Opening Balance is changing automatically, even it is changing to zero in case of P.L. A/c. • Some schemes like State Relief Fund, FDR Grant, UNICEF, Misc are not available, which may be included. • In Scheme wise Cash Book report if the –To date is greater than –From date, the report is not coming and showing one error message. • In Scheme wise Cash Book report, the OB, CB is not coming correctly.
