  3. Therefore….. Devote time to prepare for accurate data gathering and analysis before you begin working on a case study.

  4. Develop Your Research Question • Questions should be • Specific • Analysable by scientific research methods • Framing of questions • Clear • Unambiguous • Keep the local language in mind • Questions should not be • Inherently subjective • Repetitive • Unnecessary

Create your interview • Remember, the interview must be placed in the context of your paper’s background • Do your questions get answered with a Yes or a No • Questions in a statement format are elicit better views • Did you make changes to improve the process? • What changes have been made to improve this process? • Please explain how the current procedure was developed. • Aim to work through a portion of your question • Especially important to interview experts.
