Students complete a Current Events Summary Sheet

8. Historical Thinking……..Why is that Important??? Historical Thinking is the Act of placing yourself within the time period to determine why events took place, the outcomes that occurred, and why we study History in the first place (Its because its important ?)
This is done through class assignments, journaling, questioning
Students are able to picture the past rather than see it as an extension of today
9. Grading A student’s grade on an assignment/assessment is a reflection over their mastery of the objective being taught
You can access student grades 24 hours a day!
We encourage students and parents to regularly check grades.
