  4. ALOS Observation for disasters (1) A maximum of 45 centimeters of rise • Earthquake in Noto Peninsular , Japan[March 25, 2007(JST)] • The change of distance between ALOS and the Earth in 47 days (between Feb. 23 and April 10) is indicated by the two-dimensional colors in the image.

  5. ALOS Observation for disasters (2) • Earthquake in Solomon Islands [April 2, 2007] • << PALSAR interferometry>> • The maximum uplift in 47 days (between April 16 and March 1) to the satellite direction within the New Georgia island is measured 2.2 meter.
