  2. IMAGES (includes works of art, photographs, designs, clipart and so forth).

  3. Basic Rules: Artist or photographer---last name, first --- (if available) Image name or title in quotation marks (if available). Date created (if available) – British Style (day-month-year) for example 5 April 2013. Title of the Website in italics. Publisher (if available). The word Web. Date you found it – British Style (day-month-year) URL if the teacher requires it. Put it in brackets <> .

  4. Notes: If the information is not available, skip it! If there is no date created put n.d. Put a period after each of the components listed above. The URL is optional. If you use it though put it in brackets: <http://www.cpuschools.org/>. Organize your sources in alphabetic order.

  11. Where to put the citation? Ask what your teacher prefers: Under the image? Or All at the end?

  12. If it’s at the end, put Works Cited at the top of the page and arrange them in alphabetical order (see below.) Indent the lines after the first one five spaces.
