The Process and Cycle Time that Changed • 91% of applications to DC Housing Authority are approved in less than 45 days. • 60% of clients are housed within 90 days Number of days between when original application was submitted and DCHA approved the application – Most clients with over 90 day cycle time had issues with original documentation submission
