2. Viewing Orders • View past and current orders using the Order Inquiry-NSLP page. • Displays delivery locations, date and order status. • Can be displayed by order number or by commodity. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

7. Order Inquiry – NSLP -Viewing Orders continued - • Displayed by Commodity item. • The ItemNumber links to the Agency Order Inquiry – NSLP page for the commodity item. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

8. Agency Order Inquiry for a Commodity Item • Displays order information for a single commodity item. • The Order Number links to the Agency Order – NSLP page and Activity links to the Agency Order Inquiry page for orders containing the commodity item. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

11. Viewing Orders Using the Open Orders PDF File You can also view present and past orders using the PDF option from the Open Orders – NSLP page. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

14. Open Orders PDF File • Verify the Program Year and Program values • Drop down arrows list program year and program options • Click the Continue>> button. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

15. Open Orders PDF File • Use the drop down menus to select a beginning month and year (from) and an ending month and year (through) for which to display orders. • Click the radio button next to the text Display ALL orders from on the same line. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

16. Open Orders PDF File Click the PDF link next to the order you want to see. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

17. Open Orders PDF File • CATS 12 displays the order as it looked on the order form in the Food Distribution Program PDF Viewer. • To return to the Open Orders - NSLP page, click the <<Back button at the top of the Food Distribution Program PDF Viewer. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

18. Viewing Shipped Orders • The Shipping Inquiry - NSLP page allows you to view the ship date and commodity items for shipped orders. • From the Agencies Main Menu, click Orders. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

20. Shipping Inquiry-Viewing Shipped Orders continued - • Select the desired parameters. • Click Display Shipments. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

21. Shipping Inquiry - NSLP-Viewing Shipped Orders continued - • Displays orders by order number, commodity, shipment type, quantity and ship date. • The Order Number value links to the Shipping Inquiry’s Agency Order – NSLP page. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition

22. Agency Order - NSLP-Viewing Shipped Orders continued - Displays commodity items, total quantity ordered, shipped, received and damaged. ODE, Office for Child Nutrition
