TOEFL “Scoring is holistic, based on 3 categories (scale is 0 to 4)” • Delivery: clear, fluid, pace, intonation (sustain for whole time without repetitions) • Language use: grammar & vocab. • Topic development: how fully you answer, how clearly you express your ideas, how you connect ideas.
